outlook won't sort by category, when clicked it presents category.

outlook 2003 won't sort by category, when clicked it presents category...Is
there a fix for this?
 
Yeah that doesn't make sense does it...haha

When I select to sort my contacts by category, outlook 2003 sorts them by
cat but no plus signs to shrink the page. Need the plus signs back...
 
Instead of SORT by category, you want to GROUP by category. That'll bring
your plus signs back.

I don't know what I did, but suddenly, Contacts tells me I cannot sort by
category. How do I get back to being able to do this?
