Outlook won't shut up.

I've got a plugin for outlook that needs to access outlook contacts. Problem
is every time I start Outlook I get a warning saying that another program is
trying to access contacts. The options only allow me to grant access for a
max of 10mins.

How do I grant permanant access to get rid of the constant warning?

You can't. Modify your plugin to conform to the Outlook security model.
