Outlook won't send mail; report 0x8004010F

Each time I try sending a message, I get the following : "the operation
failed; an object could not be found" and report "0x8004010F" -- what's the
fix? I already tried the auto "repair" feature and that didn't help. Also,
searched the MS Outlook database and no help there either.
