Outlook won't send if connected to internet, will send on network

I can send outlook email when I am using our server at work, but when on the
road, I can't send while connected to the internet. This problem just
started within the past month (I used to be able to send from anywhere.
 
Did anything change in the office? Maybe they added/changed a firewall
setting that blocks your access?
