Get the following error messages:
StuffItCmdLaunch.dll ... tells me to use Help.
Then get: instruction at "0x30cba70b" referenced memory at "0xbf64d7";
memory could not be "read."
The Outlook shuts down. Thus, Outlook won't open.
Can't fix StuffItCmdLaunch.dll since Outlook won't open.
YIKES !
Anyone have an answer?

Uninstall/Reinstall StuffIt or at least disable its integration with Outlook
if you do not use it.

Have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling StuffIt. Still have the
problem opening Outlook.
How could I "disable its integration with Outlook"?
Or otherwise get Outlook to open?

If you have uninstalled StuffIt and you still have this issue StuffIt didn't
do a proper cleanup during uninstall. Locate extend.dat and outcmd.dat and
rename them to .old and try opening Outlook again.

I'll try this and let you know whether it solves the problem.
THANKS.

Roady, went into Documents &Settings\nam\LocalSettings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook and then changed the .dat to .old for extend and
outcmd.
Rebooted.

Still getting the following error messages:

1st > StuffItCmdLaunch.dll cannot be found.

Then > CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE Application Error
The instruction at "0x30cbba0c" referenced memory at "0xb6f5dae5". The
memory could not be "read".

NOW WHAT??

But does the main Outlook window load succesfully after that or does it
close? Go to;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options-> button Add-In
Manager/COM-Addins

Here you can untick the StuffIt add-in.

If the main Outlook window doesn't load you can do this in;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated; but, still have the problem
Outlook would not open to allow me to use the TOOLS tab.
So, went to run: outlook.exe /safe
Here's what happened:
a. got a box/window that, at the top, showed CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE
Applicaiton Error
Instruction at "0x30cb11e2" referenced memory at "0x52194068"; memory could
not be "read."
Then, got a MICROSOFT Error Report box/window. Wanted me to report an error.
The Error Report Content showed two "errors".
Temp\WER89b2.dir00\Outlook.Exe.mdmp
Temp\WER89bc.dir00\appcompat.txt

Once the error report was reported, Outlook shut down.
Any new ideas? Other than my using a hammer?
