Outlook wont keep word as my email editor

I have set my outlook to use Word as my email editor. However, when I reply
to an email sent to me, outlook comes up saying that word is unavailable, not
installed or is not the same version as outlook. That outlook email editor
will be used instead.

How can I fix this for Outlook to use Word to edit?? I have never had this
problem before but I had it in being repaired and now this is happening.

Can anyone advise how to fix it?

Close Word and Outlook. In Windows, click on Start | Run. In the
"Open" box, type:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll

Click on OK. You only have to run this command once (not every time you
start the computer). Exit. Restart the computer.
