Outlook will not send certain messages

I use 3 POP3 accounts with different ISP's downloading mail to 3 different
machines. On one of the machines Outlook refuses to send certain emails for
no apparent reason. Normally if you reply to a email and click teh send
button the mail details appear in the Outbox in italics and then when
connected to the SMTP server the mail gets sent and moved to the Sent box.
In my case when the Send button is clicked the mail appears in the Outbox but
in Normal NOT italics and Outlook refuses to send them. This happens only to
certain mails but I have not been able to identify a common factor yet.

I am having the SAME problem. I have checked and rechecked settings. It
usually happens on certain replies and/or forwards--never on a new mail item.
I can copy and paste the email and address and send it as new and it goes
fine. In fact in jumps right over the "stuck" email, as do all others.
