Hello,
Question,
We are way short of outlook webacces.Dit works to satisfaction, but we walk
by 1 problem. If you are looking for some posts, he leaves only the first
hundred posts. And that can sometimes be very annoying. Does anyone have a
idiee, how else can?.

What is "webacces"? So if you are "short" on it then some of it still
exists. So how much do you still have left?
"Dit"? If "dit" works to satisfaction, use it as-is.
You can actually "walk" by the "1 problem"? Been watching Tron lately?
I'm not looking for some posts. You are. Just to be contrary, Outlook
is a she, not a he, although most folks would use the third-person
pronoun of "it" when referring to Outlook.
ALWAYS REVIEW your posts before submitting them. You want *others* to
understand your message.
Posts? Outlook doesn't do newsgroups. Outlook has no support for NNTP
(Network News Transfer Protocol). You need to use an NNTP client for
that, which could include a plug-in to Outlook, like Newshound, or a
separate newsreader, like Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Xnews, Xananews,
and others. You could use the webnews-for-dummies interface (what you
used here) that has Microsoft pretending that they have forums by
usurping Usenet but you'll find more features available in a real
newsreader. Outlook doesn't do posts. Outlook does e-mails,
calendaring, shared folders, and meetings but not posts [to newsgroups].
Nope, I have no idea what is an "idiee". I can only guess what you are
actually trying to describe but did so badly. My first guess is that
you confused Outlook Express with Outlook. They are different products
and unrelated to each other. Word and WordPerfect are also different
products despite that they both share "Word" in their product's title.
That guess is based on your mention of posts which has to do with
newsgroups, not e-mail. Outlook Express has NNTP support but not
Outlook.
So now that I've guess you are using Outlook Express, my suggestion is
that you post in a newsgroup that discusses Outlook Express. This one
discusses Outlook. Another guess is that you configured Outlook EXPRESS
to retrieve only N posts at a time per server poll. Go into OE's
options and change it to read all of them by deselecting the "Get N
headers at a time" option.
Of course, my guesses could be wrong but then your post wasn't detailed,
seems to discuss a different software program than Outlook, and mentions
features that are not in Outlook. Maybe "posts" meant e-mails and
"webacces" means you are using the Outlook Web Access (OWA) connector in
an Exchange server to get at your e-mails - but then you aren't using
Outlook at all and instead would be using a web browser as the agent
through the OWA connector for the Exchange mail server to access your
work account. OWA gives you access to your company e-mail account to
read your work e-mails, not to newsgroups to read and submit posts.
Your post was all over the map so it is difficult to tell what you are
trying to use and for what purpose.
