I can log onto OWA, and read my mail, but if I try to reply, foward or
compose i can't type in the message body. I get a little block in upper left
corner with an "x" in it and body area is "blued" out

Ask once and wait for an answer. Posting the same question multiple times
does not increase your chances of getting an answer.
