Outlook Web Access

I work remote and connect to my work email through
Outlook Web Access (mail.xxxx.com/exchange). I would
like to connect through my desktop Outlook.

I have gone through the steps to do this and when in
Outlook the log-in scren appears I select connect and the
same screen keeps re-appearing.

I cannot connect through my desktop Outlook. Any
suggestions.
