Using Outlook 2000. Had setup Outlook Web Access some
months ago. As of last week, users cannot connect via a
web browser. Using the following url convention:

http://mail.domain.com/exchange

any ideas concerning what might rectify this?

thanks...

I know that when trying to access OWA through a web
browser you need to using the following URL format.

https://mail.domain.com/exchange
make sure your using the secure HTTP. have a good day I
hope this works for you.

thanks for the response.

didn't document it in the message, but i had already tried
both http*:// configurations with no luck. even used www

Do they get the username/password prompt, does it work internally, try
substituting the IP address instead of the FQDN. Have you checked out IIS

Check the web site name in IIS is set to exchange and the
3www service is running, HTTPS is only used when using
encrytion certificates (such as provided by verisign). If
this was the case you would get an error stating that you
need to use https for this secured site.
