Outlook Web Access - Exch 2003

What sort of capabilities does OWA/EXCH 2003 have in terms of adding company
signature w/a GIF file? It shows up nicely in Outlook 2003 than on OWA.

And how can I go about setting it up?

This method is not guaranteed to work.

For more info as in the exchange.clients newsgroup as OWA is part of
Exchange and not Outlook.
