outlook web access doesn't work at all at Windows XP Profesional

Hi all,

I already tried to open my e-mail using Exchange 2000
outlook web access on XP Profesional but it's having
trouble.
The internet explorer was only perform OWA's toolbar and
appearance just kept loading on it.

Please give the suggestions.

What is the service pack version of your Exchange 2000 server, Windows 2000
Server, and Windows XP Prof?
