Outlook Web Access and Vista. Cannot reply to messages.

I am running Exchange 2003 and I have a laptop with Vista Ultimate on it.
When I am in OWA and I try to reply to a message, I get a big red X at the
top of the body. I heard Microsoft put out a patch for Exchange, is this
true and if so, where can I get it?

You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks,
or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
(Exchange Server needs a patch for Vista workstations) -
