outlook web access and internet explorer

hi i'm using OWA from home to access my work's exchange
server 2003. when i choose "premium" to log in - it
doesn't load property - the fonts are wrong (it's
displayed like Times New Roman) and it just
says "Loading..." constantly on the main pane.

I've got a 1mb connection at home, windows xp, 256 ram,
etc. (i.e the computer should be able to take "premium"
log-on instead of "basic").

i've played around with lots of settings for internet
explorer but nothing is getting this to work!

any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Is this a sudden, new problem or an ongoing one? IOW did it ever work?
