Outlook Web Access and Forms

Am I correct in my belief that there is no way that OWA can display custom
fields or forms? Certain remote users do not currently have Outlook installed
that is why I ask. Thank you.

Yes, you are correct. OWA is a web application. Outlook forms are part of a Windows client application. They are two very different things.
