Outlook voting buttons should be much more distinctive

Voting buttons in an email message just blend in to the background. Those
who are not familiar with responding to them do not notice them and generally
only respond to the request with a regular email response, defeating the
purpose. Please design the buttons to "stand out" from the regular email
header information.

Dear User - Please educate your users to specifically highlight that voting
buttons are included in the message to the users who are expected to respond
and tell them to use them when responding.
