Outlook VIEW Problem....

Having problems with "view" in Outlook 2003. It no longer sorts by Sort By
Groups, although I have that checked.
I show FROM - SUBJECT - RECEIVED and that is it. In View I have it to sort
by DATE and GROUPS. How do I get the groups to show again?

Are you using View > Arrange by > Show in Groups, or just the Sort function
in View > Custom?
