outlook uppercase

Hi Guys,

When I type an email in Outlook, the text appears in uppercase! It seems
that while I was typing i hit something by mistake that turned on the
uppercase option.

Can you please tell me how I can change Outlook options and bring back the
lowercase format.

Are you using Word as your email editor?

Well yes I do use MS Word as an editor. Well I just restarted the machine and
everything was back to normal. Thank you for your help
