Outlook undeliverable message

some of the e-mail I am trying to send this morning immediately generates a message stating that the e-mail did not reach some or all of the receipients as follows

'553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Some e-mails go through, others do not. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
 
Are you set up to authenticate to your SMTP server in Outlook's internet
mail settings?
