Outlook Toolbar

Hi,
Added the advanced toolbar. Exit Outlook. Relaunch
Outlook, Advanced Toolbar disappear. I am unable to
customise the look and feel of Outlook. Please kindly help.

If all toolbar customization don't stick you might want to do a hard reset
of the toolbar by renaming outcmd.dat to outcmd.old
