Outlook Today

I am running Outlook 2000 on a Windows 98 machine. When I
try to customize the Outlook today (click on Customize
Outlook Today) nothing happens. So then I right click on
Outlook Today in the folders list and go to properties. On
the homepage tab I cannot Browse or change anything. It
is all greyed out. Do you have any ideas as to why this
is?
