Outlook Today won't customize

When I try to click the 'Customize Outlook Today...' link in Outlook Today,
it has no effect. Whatsoever.

Any ideas?

(Outlook 2000, Windows 2000)
 
Office 2000 PRO SR-1, I should have said.
And Windows 2000 with the latest updates installed as of last night.
