Outlook Today - ????? Sort out of control ?????

On the Outlook Today screen, my tasks are sorted solely by due date.
Completed taks used to drop to the bottom of that day's group and push the
uncompleted tasks to the top. Suddenly, most completed tasks are rising to
the top of the list, pushing uncompleted tasks off my screen and out of view.
And some completed taks don't move at all, remaining intermingled with the
uncompleted tasks.

What happened? How do I fix this?

Have you already gone into "Customize Outlook Today" to make sure the
settings are correct there?

I have a similar issue. I go into Customer Outlook Today and ask for All
Tasks and sort by Start Date. I get all tasks sorted by Due Date instead. I
found that if I used the "Winter" view it would work, however yesterday
(after several months of sorting by Start Date) it has reverted back.
