Outlook to access

Hi,
When i link my outlook contacts storred in a public folder on the exchange
server, the "notes" field is not included at all

Is there a way to establish this?

I don't know that there's anything specific out there that exactly matches
what you want, but take a look at the information at
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm and see what's there. At least
it's a starting point, along with googling for additional information.
