Outlook thinks I have TWO Contact folders

I'm not sure why. It says it can't find the first one, but does find the
LEGITIMATE one in the drop down.

I would like to delete the reference to what it thinks should be its default
contact list but am not sure where to find it.

Any suggestions?
 
Never mind. Russ Valentine answered this for someone else experiencing the
problem. Following his recommended steps took care of it.
