abnormal program termination
MUST CLICK OKAY OR THE "X", OUTLOOK CLOSES. I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH
OUTLOOK WHILE THAT BOX IS THERE.

Try running Detect and Repair and see if that fixes the installation.

I tried all the above and even delated and reinstalled office and I still
get the "C" runtime message.

when you uninstalled did you also delete the Office directories. That is all
