How do I get the contact information such as the contact company name and the
contact phone number to appear in the "tasks" list? I can add the columns to
the view but I cannot get the information to fill the cells when I attach the
contact tot the task.
 
Any folder view shows only the data in that folder, even though Outlook lets
you think otherwise by allowing you to add fields from different types of
items in the folder. You can accomplish what you want, however, with a
little custom VBA code. For an example, see
