outlook syncronization

Can anyone tell me how I can synchronize my outlook 2003 with an exchange
server on my company network with my tablet PC which has a separate licensed
Outlook 2003. I cannot hook my tablet to the network because my IT
department does not support individually owned computers. I use the tablet
PC with onenote which I use a flash key to synchronize. I want to be able to
view my calendar and e-mail while out of my office and synchronize when I
return?

If they've got Exchange 2003 and allow RPC over HTTP(s) access, you can
connect that way.

Mostly, though, this is up to your work sysadmins and what they are willing
to let you use. Don't try to sneak around company policy - you don't want
admins mad at you. Nearly as bad as angering a waiter.
