Outlook syncronisation

I wish to have Outlook (calendar, contacts, tasks,emails
etc) syncronised via LAN on a rolling basis between a PC
and one or two laptops.

1) Has anyone used OsaSyncPRO or Syncpst for this and, if
so, what comments do they have please?

2) Alternatively, does anyone have any suggestions for
suitable programs.

Can outlook run this task and if so , how do you set up?
