Outlook suddenly cant open .tif attachment files

I cant read the .tif attachment received from my answering service by email.
This was possible previously and suddenly not. I can open them on my notebook
using outlook express. Cannot save the attachment to open as suggested by
help.
 
What happens when you try? What is your file association for TIF files?
