Outlook stuck in folder synchronizing

For about the last week my outlook is always in folder sync and I am not
getting e-mails for hours, has anyone heard of this and could help

I'm having a similar problem. I accidentally hit "send" on two email that
have attachments that are 200megabytes each. Whoops!

Now I can't interrupt and delete the emails, it says that outlook has
already started sending them... but I've let outlook try to send them for
about 7 hours and it hasn't gotten through the first one.

I need some help because I can't get my new emails or send anything!

I'm using outlook 2007 on windows vista.

Set outlook offline, wait a few min then delete.
