Outlook stopped wireless syncing with my smart phone

I have a verizon smartphone that uses "Pc monitor" softwear to push my
e-mails, calendar and contacts from verizon to the phone by way of automatic
wireless sync. About a weekd ago (not long after I installed Office 2007)
the phone still performs a wireless sync but nothing comes to the phone. Has
anyone had this problem? The Verizons folks say it is working fine on their
end, my ISP (Road Runner) says it is a problem in the softwear but I don't
want to pay microsoft $50 to be told it isn't their problem. Thanks for any
help.

Here you go for free - it isn't Microsoft's problem. Synching is the
purview of the software and phone. Outlook is simply the vessel for the
information and has no abilities to synch.

You might want to try in a pocketpc.activesync group even though that
software is not activesync.
