Outlook stopped sending Hotmail emails

I have used Outlook to access my Hotmail account for several months. Suddenly
this morning, when I try to send an email, I receive this error:
"Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x80070002) : 'Can't find this
file. Make sure the path and file name are correct.'" I still receive and
can review Hotmail emails in Outlook, but I can't send... neither ‘reply’ to
nor send 'new' emails. Any suggestions?
 
Solved my own problem: I repaired my Office 2003 installation. (Start>Control
Panel>Add or Remove Programs. Selected "Microsoft Office Professional
Edition 2003" and then clicked "Change," and then selected the "Reinstall or
Repair" option.

Don't know why, but it worked.
