Outlook stays in memory after I close it.

Recently, I've had problems with running out of memory. When I open the task
manager, I see that outlook is resident in memory. Sometimes, I've noticed
it listed several different times. I have to end the process via task
manager to clear it from memory. This only happens on one machine in the
house.

I am having the same problem with Outlook 2007 (build 12.0.4518.1014).

- AntiVirus integration is disabled
- Adobe Acrobat outlook plugin removed
- All other add-ins disabled except for Google Desktop and Microsoft VBA for
Outlook Addin

Google Desktop can have the side-effect you describe, I believe.
