Outlook starts and immediately quits

Yesterday Outlook was working as expected. Today whenever I try to
start Outlook (2003) it starts, shows itself for a fraction of a
second and then immediately quits. No changes were made to Outlook by
me.

I find that I can run Outlook by using the /safe switch.

Any ideas how to get Outlook to run properly???
 
Having the exact same problem today. Just updated to
Outlook 2003 yesterday and it was working fine, but today
it won't start. It shows up for a fraction of a second
then closes - no error messages. Any body have an idea?
BTW, event viewer shows nothing out of the ordinary.
