Outlook spell check

I just go a new computer with Office 2007 installed. The spell check in
outlook express is in French & there is not option to change it. Please
advise on how to do so. Thank you
 
I wouldn't recommend trying to change it in Excel.

You may wish to ask in a newsgroup devoted to Outlook, or one devoted to
Outlook Express, depending on where your problem is.
