Outlook shuts down without an error message !

My outlook shuts itself down about 20-30 times a day !!

- Most of the time it just disappears, without any error message !
- Sometimes however I receive the "Microsoft Outlook has
encountered a problem ..." message window.

The "silent disappearing" occurs mostly - but not necessarily - when I press
the Send button or Close Window "X" button. But sometimes it disappears even
when I am not working with Outlook at all. I just see the Outlook window
disappearing. When it does so the message I am writing gets lost and I have
to rewrite it..

Sometimes when I am not using my computer, I see on my display the crash
window ! I receive the same sometimes when I am using the Outlook, as well..

I don't have a pst. Everything is in the ost file.

In addition sometime I receive another error message saying "Parameter not
valid".... I don't know if it is related to the same problem. I have a PDA &
synch with Activesync. Can it be causingn an issue ?

Any suggestions ?

I am having the same proplem but always 30 seconds after loading Outlook it
disapears. How can I find out what is being logged to the event viewer?

Outlook 2003

There is only one error related to Outlook, though I had a lot of crashes. I
will keep checking.
I have MS CRM installed, too. It doesn't matter whether it is online or
offline..
