Outlook shuts down when transfering data

My Microsoft Outlook program shuts down everytime I try to update my iPod.
It worked fine and now shuts down every time. I have sent forward the error
report but have heard nothing back from Microsoft. Does anyone have any
suggestions as to how I get my life back to normal. Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks.
 
Did anything change between when it worked & when it stopped? Do you have
any details on the error? Also, which version of Outlook are you using?
