Outlook should remind to send attachments based on defined criteri

I had to usually send my daliy project status to my client and also to my
supervisor, But some times in a hurry or leaving the office for the day i
forgot to attach the status excel sheets or sometimes skip a one of them to
attach.
I think outlook should have some mechanism (options) through which the user
can set some reminder pop up kind of thing based on two criterias
1. The recepient of the message
2. the subject line

Suppose if I want to send a status report to Jack Smith with the subject
line as Status report for project Alpha

The outlook then should parse these two arguments and on the basis of that ,
when i hit the send button a pop window will remind of wheather I had
attached the desired file, which I should have preconfigured in the Outlook
options.

So that I can cross check that i had attached the defined files.
