Outlook should provide 'Receive All' option like 'Send All'

There are some options in Outlook like -
Send All
Send/Receive All

But there is no any option to ONLY receive mails like -
Receive All

There should be such option to let only receive mails, not to send it as in
'Send All' for only sending emails...

You can do that by setting up a new send/receive group that receives without sending on each account.
