Outlook should offer: ">File", "Save >As" , ">Draft"

just a suggestion to have MS Outlook allow typing in:
File Save >As
Draft

it would be a smooth natural extension to the use of this in MS Word and
other Office applications

Huh? All Windows programs can do that type of thing already. "Alt-F"
brings up the File menu and "A" will start the "Save As" dialogue.
 
Where? Why? Outlook doesn't need an extra step for that since saving any unsent message saves it as a draft.
