Outlook should not notify recipient when recall message

All,

Outlook should not notify a recipient when sender try to recall message
because I think by notifying you are defeating the whole purpose of the
functionality, which is to enable the sender to disgreetly recall their
mistakes in their mails.

The real issue here is that message recall doesn't really work. Don't use
it.
