Outlook should make it easier to report spam.

Outlook should have a feature that allows you to automatically forward an
email including all of its header info in a text format to your ISP spam
controller. this should be done without having to open the email which could
be a malicious email.

You can also use Pocketknife Peek which allows you to view the content and
headers without opening the mail so you can then use Spamcop for reporting.
