Outlook should let us remove the favorite folder pane

Outlook 2003 is de-evolving from it successor, it is forcing us to use pane
that we don't want :ex. Favorite folder PAne. At least, if there is nothing
in it it should disappear.

You don't have to click on it. In fact, you can hide it. I usually drag all
the navigation bar shortcuts to the bottom, so they become little icons, not
horizontal bars. You can right-click on the navigation bar, choose
navigation bar options, and untick Shortcuts if you wish, too.
