Outlook should let me pick the start of the year (for company fis.

Our company's fiscal year starts on June 1st. I would be nice to restart the
week numbering to be consistent with our fiscal year vs. calendar.

Did you get a solution to this? I would like to do the same. I have a lot of
meetings scheduled by fiscal month rather than calendar month and would like
to cutomise my calendar to accommodate this

You can send this as a suggestion for Microsoft by using the email address
(e-mail address removed) and put Outlook in the subject line.

However, JMPO, this is not something that they would spend a lot of time
looking at.
