I am using Office 2003. The junk email filter is greatly improved over 2002,
however, 25% of my junk emails are Russian, Chinese, and German. I would
think that an option on the filter menu could easily filter any foriegn
language email that is not your default language. Any possibilities of
getting a software fix to this problem???

"Foreign" is not an absolute concept; for some people English is a spam
language. So you can make a rule to accept only US-ASCII or ISO-8859-1
encoded messages. Or explicitly specify the encodings you don't want to
receive. (But sorry, German does not have its own encoding, you may
check the message body for occurrences of 'ä', 'ö', or 'ü'.)
