Outlook should display the account I'm sending from on the email

I manage multiple email accounts in Outlook -- both work and personal. When
I used Outlook Express, I could set it up so that each email message would
show the From address at the top of the email so I could see and change it
via a drop down. This was a reminder to me to make sure I was sending an
email from the right account. With Outlook, this is hidden behind an
"Accounts" button on the tool bar so that I have to remember to check the
account for each email. Many times I don't remember and so inadvertently end
up ending from the wrong account. Of course people then reply to the wrong
account as well. I can't figure out why a feature in Outlook Express that
is very useful isn't available in Outlook. Is there a feature in Outllook
that lets me do this?

I have a different signature for each account, so as soon as I start a new
message I can see the acccount that I'm sending from.
