outlook should detect if there is no attchment

How many times have you sent an email saying "I attach the document" then
send it without attaching it?
It would be good if outlook could scan the body text for the words "Attach,
attached or attachment" and if it detects any one of those words, but does
not detect a document attached, it should prompt you prior to sending with
"Outlook did not detect an attachment - did you mean to attach a document" or
something similar.

there's already been a thread about this today. if you were using a
newsreader instead of the web interface, you would have easily been able to
see it.
