Outlook should check for attachments before mail is sent

It's happened to most of us: we send out an email indicating that an
attachment is present, but we accidentally press send without actually
attaching the document(s). I would like to suggest that MS Outlook search
for words in the body of the email text for words like "attached" or
"attachment" and then check, like a spell checker, to see if you've actually
indeed attached it. A pop-up box would appear and you could select YES/NO
before sending.

No more red-faced, embarrassing re-mail do-overs.
